We're looking for someone to join our team as Receptionist who will greet visitors and assist with inquiries on the phone and personal interaction.
Provide information regarding the organization to the general public and clients in a professional and accommodating manner.

The Receptionists responsibilities include but are not limited to Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls Take and relay messages to appropriate staff Direct persons to correct destination Greet guests and clients entering the facility and issues visitor badges after confidentiality forms are signed Qualification Guidelines:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures and using office equipment Knowledgeable on relevant software applications Proficient on customer service principles and practices Able to address and prioritize multiple task demands within established time frames Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of chemical dependency and psychological disorders Must be flexible in work hours in order to meet facility needs Must maintain self-control in volatile or hostile situations, such as when verbally or physically confronted Must be able to set therapeutic limits and maintain therapeutic distance with clients and maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients during treatment and after discharge Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment Ability to stand, walk, and sit Ability to work on computers for periods of time Ability to communicate with others by telephone, email, and personal interaction.
Work Environment:
Office environment with moderate noise level Competencies:
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum of at least 1 year experience in an office environment Excellent verbal and written skills Excellent customer service skills Organized and able to multi-task Experience working in a mental health/substance abuse facility helpful.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
