A Front Desk Agent provides exceptional and personal customer service and conveys a positive, enthusiastic attitude and must be able to multi-task while working.
A Front Desk Agent meets and greets guests upon their arrival to the hotel.
Check guest in/out of the hotel, resolve guests complaints to their satisfaction, maintain cash drawer, assist guests with making reservations and give accurate and concise directions when necessary and other duties may be assigned.
Must have Hotel experience Must be flexible to work any day of the week.
