Check in/check out patients and verify insurance eligibility in a cheerful and efficient manner.
Team Player attitude Required Collect copayments and deductibles.
Answer a busy multi-line phone and handle patient inquiries accurately.
Urgent Care experience preferred, not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus.
Computer literacy and phone skills a plus! Must be a detail-oriented, well organized people person able to work independently.
Must have the willingness to learn other aspects of the practice.
