Seeking an exceptional MALE spirit with extensive experience working with boys with autism.
This position is to work with one teenager on a full time basis.
Teenager is an absolute delight to work with and not aggressive, mean, loud or physical.
If you have experience working in-home, or with service providers and with the school district as a caretaker or aide, you will be qualified.
We are seeking one special person to join our family and be treated as such.
We have strong values of respect, professionalism and loyalty.

Ideal experience would have been as a caretaker for a handicapped or developmentally delayed young male.
Past work as a para-professional, work in group homes or group settings, background as a therapist with in-home experience.
Responsibilities would include entertaining, keeping our son safe at home and transportation to and from school
therapies for swimming, horseback and speech.
Our son is kind, calm and loving.
He is beloved and supported by a large family with strong values.
A couple of nights per month we may request an overnight in a private en suite guest room with a private balcony overlooking the ocean at Pt Dume.
Separate fee than the hourly rate.
Must have clean driver's license and willing to drive.
Must be experienced, upbeat, positive, calm, tolerant, professional and flexible with schedule.
This position will work 1 weekend per month on Saturday and Sunday.
Home location is in Malibu.
Must live within commutable driving distance to Malibu or be willing to relocate.
Male only for this position.
We will provide a vehicle for all transportation.
Signing bonus of $10,000 upon 2 year contract.
$500 per month health benefit paid after 4 months of employment.
Guarantee/minimum for 40 hrs.
per week/160 hrs per month.
Additional hours to be billed at $35 per hour.
60% on payroll
40% in cash bonuses w/ no tax withholding.
Salary is basically $83,000 annually (72K/salary

5k/per annum cash bonus) for Mon-Fri
1 weekend per month.
