Malibu Coast Animal Hospital (MCAH) is a well-known multi-doctor practice that operates seven days per week.
We specialize in general medicine and surgery, orthopedic surgery, endoscopy, laparoscopy, ultrasound, dentistry and dermatology.
We also offer therapeutic laser treatment with a K-Laser as well as boarding and bathing for our canine and feline patients.
The Boarding Client Service Representative must represent the hospital by tending to clients' and pets' needs in a professional, courteous, and reassuring manner.
All client service representatives focus on client service and communication with the goal of creating positive and lasting impressions through relationship building, problem solving, and the delivery of superior care.
The Boarding Client Service Representative must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, the ability to handle payment and financial issues, comfort multi-tasking, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations.
The Boarding Client Service Representatives support the kennel team, veterinarians, technicians, and front desk client service representatives in daily patient and client care.
They communicate with clients in person, by phone and by e-mail.
They provide tours of the boarding facility and aide in the intake or release of pets and feel at ease engaging closely with all varieties of dogs and cats.
He or she also pays close attention to pets' status such as signs of stress as well as abnormalities in physical condition or behavior and promptly notify technicians or veterinarians when a pet may need medical attention.
They bring their caring quality to the owners and the patients with equal measure.
Proper record documentation and accurate completion of boarding forms and authorization for adjacent services such as surgery, clinical services, grooming, and exams, are critical.
A Boarding Client Service Representative must pay close attention to details, understand and follow proper safety procedures, and monitor patient records for needed medical services and fulfillment of requested services.

- Telephone Communications - Schedule boarding and boarding adjacent appointments such as surgeries, drop-off exams, grooming, and clinic services according to hospital scheduling guidelines.

This position requires a minimum on one weekend day of work per week.
Veterinary customer service experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of ezVet Veterinary software is preferred but not required.
Computer experience required.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle dogs & cats required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
