Broad Statement of
Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the CFO and Controller with the day-to-day development and management of analytical tools related to improving the Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Budgetary and Operational performance functions of All Points North Lodge.

Education:
This position requires an Associate's Degree in one of the following areas:
General Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Three years prior healthcare experience with prior management experience preferred Special Skills & Knowledge:
Candidates should have the following skills and attributes:
must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately.
Proficiency in word processing applications, spreadsheet applications, and computer-based accounting and information systems.
Written and oral communication skills to present financial information to department heads, clinical personnel without a financial background, the CEO, and board of directors; poise, confidence and tact to interact with personnel from all levels of the organization.
Certified Public Accountant preferred.

Position Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Financial Reporting Preparing of financial reports and statistical budgets for assigned entities and assists Controller with the analytical review.
Coordinating and preparing all monthly budget reporting comparing actual results to budget standards for all lines of service (LOS) and entities Responsible for working with departments, systems and vendors in the development of productivity and management dashboards.
Completes analytical review and supports CFO in the monthly follow up with department heads regarding all material budget and performance variances via Power B.

Creating monthly financial reports, Department Operational Reports (DOR) and Management Operational reports (MOR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) reports and stat reports to record and track KPI/ OKR outcomes.
Develops and Prepares Ah hoc financial models, reports and analysis for all LOS as needed.
Audit Management Assists the Controller in reviewing engagement letters, management representation letter, management letter comments, and all other auditor communications.
Under the direction of the controller coordinates the timing and presentation of various audits including arrangements for field work, collecting and submitting data, coordinating reviews by CFO and CEO, and preparing reports for board presentations Assists the controller in all analytical reviews and selected audit schedules.
Adherence to all other accounting professional standards and departmental policy and procedure Internal Control Structure Work with the CFO and controller to design, maintain and provide insight of the organization's financial internal control structure based on analytics Under the guidance of the controller, designs, maintains and provides insight to the adherence to accounting policies and procedures to ensure the safeguarding of assets and accurate financial reporting Reviews and analyzes operational disbursements and expenses of Accounts Payables (AP) accounts to keep AP aging within operational limits.
Responsible for assisting with cash management by tracking and analyzing Cash burn (Gross and Net) and Runway to ensure adequate cash reserves for operations and proper investment of excess cash reserves to realize investment income goals.
Personal Responsibilities Observes established company and department policies and procedures, including confidentiality, safety, infection control and other environmental regulations Works collaboratively with others toward improving organizational performance and supports goals and objectives of the organization Meets organizational standard for attendance, punctuality and use of break times Maintains and enhances competency through in-services, staff meetings and educational programs Salary range:
$80,000-$95,000/year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
