Digital Marketing Manager - Earned Media

Salary: $65K (DOE)

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing organic search marketing activities. This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our Earned Media and SEO activities. This position reports to the Director of Online Marketing and works closely with the Content Management team.
The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of online search behavior, ideally in the B2B space, with a strong background in Earned Media management. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the organic search marketing roadmap.
Develop SEO/Earned Media program while working collaboratively with agency and content resources to create engaging content, measure results, and apply learnings to future campaigns
Execution of user acquisition campaigns including the responsibility for testing messaging, landing page optimization, analyzing performance data, and identifying new opportunities based on customer segments and overall company strategy
Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Creative, Product, Technology, Business Development, and Business Intelligence in the development and implementation of acquisition plans and initiatives
Utilize inbound marketing techniques across all online channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Social) to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention
Own the management of vendors pertaining to user experience and landing page optimization while determining testing strategies - A/B and multivariate testing; monitor and report KPIs across all relationships to the team
Demonstrate solid understanding of user experience and usability; focus on uniting offline and online data to develop a cohesive digital marketing strategy
Develop the framework to scale user acquisition by leveraging multiple web properties and digital avenues (including mobile); emphasis on growing freemium customer base and driving upsell conversions
Analyze and continually optimize user sign up flows by leveraging data analytics (using Google Analytics and heat mapping tools)
Ability to develop and execute successful SEO strategies
Ability to work effectively with and influence cross-functional marketing teams
Ability to identify, quantify, drive and prioritize strategic opportunities
Stays up to date with search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and other industry tools
BA/BS Degree required
2+ years of Earned Media/SEO marketing experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
