Overview
BAI is seeking software engineers for an on-going government contract. Projects entail the design and development of software applications using Agile Development processes in primarily Microsoft development environments.
Responsibilities
The candidate will work as part of a team reporting to the product lead performing requirements analysis, functional requirements allocation, software system design, and software development.
The candidate will follow customer defined development processes which are aligned with software development best business practices, e.g. performance of regularly scheduled builds, participation in code peer reviews, document developed code, participate in code peer reviews, and unit testing of developed software.
The candidate will assist in the creation of project related documentation.
Qualifications
Knowledge The candidate must have a complete understanding and appreciation of software development technical themes and concepts. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and logical problem solving skills. The candidate must have good writing, interpersonal and communications skills with applicable experience working within a team environment. Experience performing software development using the Microsoft .NET Framework with C#, Microsoft Visual Studio and Agile/SCRUM development methodologies is desired.
Experience10 yrs experience developing software applications on Intel or Intel clone platforms
Education Bachelor degree within the software engineering, computer science or mathematics fields of study.
Clearance Condition of employment - must be able to acquire a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Citizenship Must have US citizenship at time of employement

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
