We are currently seeking candidates for anticipatory work coming in Spring 2018. The scope of this wok will address the proliferation of advanced jamming capability, radar detection systems, and cyber warfare amongst foreign adversaries affects our war-fighting ability to operate uninhibited across the globe. Upgrading sensor and jamming systems to provide better protection to a wide variety of radar detection, cyber, and jamming techniques becomes a necessary goal. Enhancing the electronic warfare infrastructure of the U.S. and FMS Laboratories and test ranges is needed to develop methods to counter the threat including agile, highly capable advanced radars and jammers. Information operations and warfare are also critical to our radar and jamming systems, and mission data files in order to counter these current and future threats.
This specific candidate will fill the role of Information Assurance Engineer and their responsibilities will be: Perform day-to-day monitoring of network security events, monitor, and maintain, security configuration settings and system modifications to ensure compliance with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) mitigation actions, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) guidance and assist in the transition from DIACAP to Risk Management Framework.
8 years with 5 years specialized experience including system security analysis and implementation; design assurance or testing for INFOSEC products and systems; integration or testing for INFOSEC products and systems is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience within the last 20 years in Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) in regards to hardening and remediation of the systems.
Experience would include DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), patching, scanning, and validation of inventory and creation of network diagrams.
Document Certification & Accreditation (C&A) information in moving from DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to the new National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Must have and maintain Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Security+ Certification.
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
